Prize:
A total of two (2) VIP tickets to the 2025 Soundside Music Festival, scheduled to be held on September 27-28, 2025 in Seaside Park located at 1 Barnum Dyke, Bridgeport, CT (the “Festival”) will be awarded to 1 winner.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must abide by all Festival and venue policies. Festival Entities reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Festival into disrepute. Winner and guest must have a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes and to claim tickets. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending a festival in a public place and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of C3 Presents, LLC. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status, and are subject to change at any time. ARV of the Grand Prize is $1610. The actual retail value of the Prize may vary depending on the point of departure, travel itinerary, airfare fluctuations at the time of awarding/booking and/or accommodations. Any difference between the above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Prize will not be awarded. Winner will be informed of the Actual Retail Value at the time the Prize is redeemed. Winner acknowledges that winner will be provided a 1099 on the actual retail value.

Entry Period: June 19-July 8. Entries will be accepted through 11:59 PM EST on July 8th, 2025.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random and notified via email on June 27th, 2025. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.
Additional Terms: Giveaway is hosted on the agreed platform, per partnership terms, and is conducted as a random drawing- not a contest.
By accepting a prize, winner agree to release and hold C3 Presents, LLC and its landlords and licensors (related to the Festival), if any, the City of Bridgeport (including its elected officials and department heads), Bridgeport City Council, Bridgeport Board of Parks Commissioners, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (the “Festival Entities”) harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.
